Shipping & Return

We offer 4 kinds of shipping: DHL, Fedex, EMS and Hongkong Post.

For all options, time of delivery and shipping fee are different, choose the suitable method depending on you. All the parcels come with tracking numbers, which system will mail you as well as the order status.

DHL:

  • Time of delivery:  4 - 5 days.
  • Tracking URL: http://www.dhl.com; If your address is listed in the DHL Remote Area List, you should refer to DHL Remote Area Checking URL: http://raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp; In this case, you must pay extra 30 USD, otherwise you may ask for a full fund.

Delivery Time

90% products are in stock. We will ship out your order in 24 hours. Sunday is our non-working day, so orders after Saturday 17:00 (CMT+8) will be shipped the next Monday.

handypart.com offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returns should be launched by contacting our customer service to receive a return confirmation. Note that most items sold at handypart.com follow our general returns & refund policies, but some items have different policies or requirements associated with them.


Warranty

handypart.com always try to provide perfect products and services. We guarantee that all orders are tested before shipment, especially for LCD and touch digitizers. However, if you receive our goods defective, we have warranty and return policy to protect your rights.

Our Warranty

Most of the products are guaranteed with 12 months warranty. You can return the products back to us if you are not fully satisfied with them within the warranty.

Our Return Policy

1. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. A valid tracking number is requested to prove the date of returning.

2. We only accept products in their original conditions. We are not responsible for any breaking, scratch or loss caused by poor packing, unreasonable laying, nor responsible for mis-used or assembled parts.

3. All returns must be informed with handypart.com acknowledgement before return. Please inform our correspondent sales in advance before return. She will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization. We are not responsible for any uninformated return. 

4. Returns should be made by mail post service or EMS, no DHL, no UPS nor TNT. There must be a tracking number which could be followed on relative website. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for any duties on China side.

5. Refund will be made 3 days within receiving because we need time to check or repair.

6. Customer is responsible for return postage and handypart.com responsible for postage re-sending.

7. We reserve the right to reject services that would void the warranty and return policy,  or if the products are damaged by customers.

8. We don't warrant for any installed screen.
